adjust resistor values.
for mosfet driver, the time taken to discharge was too long, this is now solved.
for the taget pic, use what's proven to work in nanu-nanu.

update schematic for RPi local circuit and remote target.
this is NOT ICSP compatible and this must be pointed out
from the outset. this is a dedicated circuit for programming
high voltage devices and not for using with arbitrary
targets

you probably have a HiFI, you are no doubt using WiFI
but now you can also have hiPI.
