for mosfet driver, the time taken to discharge was too long, this is now solved.

for the taget pic, use what's proven to work in nanu-nanu.

this is NOT ICSP compatible and this must be pointed out
from the outset. this is a dedicated circuit for programming
high voltage devices and not for using with arbitrary
targets
